• Payment options are e-Transfer, Credit Card, Visa Debit, or cash. However, to schedule an appointment you will be required to provide a credit card to have on file.

• There will be a service fee charge of $80 for any missed appointments. Cancellations must be requested before the the start of your service time window.

• Appointments are scheduled in four hour time windows that may shift depending on our scheduling capacities.

•  Please ensure for the time of your appointment that the work area of the appliance is clean and free of obstacles. Do not use appliances that heat up during the time window of your appliance.

 

• Labour warranty guarantee is for 90 days for the specific issue serviced. Parts warranty varies depending on part and manufacturer.

• Average shipping times for parts ordered in stock is 3-5 business days. Out of stock or Back Order parts are typically 2-3 weeks but ETA is not guaranteed.
